Audubon Everglades is proud to announce the return of our Book Club this fall, presented in partnership with the Palm Beach County Library System. Together, we invite you to join a community of readers exploring nature, conservation, and birds through inspiring books and engaging discussions.

Our first meeting will be on October 6, featuring H is for Hawk by Helen Macdonald. This acclaimed memoir tells the story of coping with her father’s sudden death by training one of nature’s fiercest predators, the goshawk. Copies are available for checkout at any Palm Beach County Library branch.

We will continue on January 26 with The Backyard Bird Chronicles by Amy Tan, a beautifully illustrated journal of birds, gardens, and observation. As a special addition, we will host a bonus Nature Journaling session on Saturday, January 31.
