CLIMATE DAY OF ACTION – DELRAY BEACH – SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21 2014
We are the first generation to feel the impacts of climate disruption, and the last generation that can do something about it.

Join us on Sunday, September 21 for 2 events as we demand effective action to address the challenges of climate change.

o    As world leaders gather in New York City for the UN Climate Summit;
o    As people in New York and cities around the world march in support of climate action;
o    And as some elected officials in Florida still deny the reality of Climate Change while communities from Miami Beach to Delray Beach and elsewhere experience tidal flooding and salt water intrusion into aquifers due to sea level rise.

First, watch a screening of “Disruption”, a new, fast-paced cinematic journey through the wild world of climate change: the science, the politics, the solutions, and the stories that define this crisis at this pivotal point in human history. After we watch it, we’ll have a discussion about what we can all do together on this important issue. Afterwards we will prepare signs for our Rally.

Then join our Rally to show our concern about the impacts of climate change and to demand effective actions.
