International Coastal Cleanup Day Flyer

What?

The International Coastal clean-up at John D. MacArthur Beach State Park has been moved to THIS Saturday, September 23rd. The District 5 Americorps are hosting this mangrove clean-up, and the effort will be led by Christa Ciociola, who will also be leading Audubon Everglades’ efforts in future similar clean up and invasive species removal projects.

The clean up will take place at the end of the south dunes trail. When you cross over the bridge make a right, and go all the way to the end of the unpaved trail. There will be a sign marking the beginning spot of our manmade trail.

Gloves, water, and bug spray will be provided. Please bring your reusable bottle, and sun protection as needed.

Feel free to bring a swimsuit, and join us to relax and enjoy the ocean after all our hard work!

Thanks again for your understanding and we hope to see you all there!

Where?

We will be meeting at John D. MacArthur State Park (10900 Jack Nicklaus Dr, North Palm Beach, FL 33408) at the amphitheater, which is by the Nature Center and bathrooms, to the right of the parking lots at 8:00 AM to register volunteers.

When?

September 23rd at 8:00 AM
