Come join us June 4 7:30 pm for the Monthly MEETING & LECTURE “Legal Ramifications of Everglades Restoration” by Alisa Coe, Associate Attorney Earth Justice Foundation. Alisa Coe has been an associate attorney with the Tallahassee Office since 2004. At Earthjustice, she serves as lead counsel for the conservation groups in the two decades-old Everglades water pollution litigation. She has done extensive work on tort cases, cases to stop sewage and agricultural pollution, and coal plant challenges. She received her B.A. in political science in 1998 from Loyola University New Orleans, magna cum laude. In 2002, she received her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School, where she was a member of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and earned a Certificate in Environmental Law. Alisa also received a Master of Studies in Environmental Law, summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2001. After law school, she worked at Coe & Coe, LLC in New Orleans, LA. Alisa is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Florida.
